Manufacturing defect
Once you receive your order, you have 5 days to notice a defect in your item.
If this is the case, please contact us directly at the following address: bonjour@oraije.com and attach photos of the defect in question so that we can resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
Once the 5-day period has passed, we will no longer be able to respond to your request and your order cannot be exchanged or refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The Oraije warranty only applies to products purchased on our website. To apply it, you will be asked for your order number. For any product purchased from a reseller, please contact them directly.
