My email address was refused when creating my account.

If your email address was rejected when you created your account, first check that it is correct and spelled correctly. An automatic verification system is in place to validate your email address to ensure that you receive your order confirmation and shipping emails.

I would like to change my personal information.

To make changes to your personal information (e.g. billing address, shipping address, etc.), simply click on “Edit addresses” in your personal space. You will also be able to change or add a new address.

Return, exchange & refund

Can I return my order?

From the date you receive your package, you have 14 days to request a return. Items must be in new and original condition, with their labels, accessories and packaging, and must not show any signs of wear or dirt. Any item that is damaged or shows signs of dirt will not be eligible for a refund.

What are the return conditions?

You have 14 days, once you have received the package, to submit a return request to us. To do this, please go to our return form page.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and it is necessary to provide us with a tracking number.

Any package lost by the transport services will not be exchanged and/or refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their package (tracking and insurance). No action can be taken for uninsured or untracked packages.

Where should I return my package?

Once your return request has been accepted, you will simply need to follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email.

Once we receive your package, we have 14 days to refund the card used when ordering.

Are my delivery costs refunded?

When you request a refund, the delivery costs will not be refunded to you.

The Oraije Guarantee

I received a defective product.

Once your order has been received, you have 5 days to notice a defect on your item.

If this is the case, please contact us directly at the following address: bonjour@oraije.com, attaching photos of the defect in question so that we can resolve this problem as quickly as possible.

Once the 5-day period has passed, we will no longer be able to respond to your request and your order cannot be exchanged or refunded.

What is the Oraije guarantee?

All jeans purchased on our Oraije website www.oraije.com are eligible for our exclusive Oraije guarantee.

This warranty is effective for a period of one year from the date of purchase of your order, including the delivery time.

Please note that our warranty does not apply to Oraije jeans purchased from third-party retailers or in dedicated areas within major retailers. For any warranty or after-sales service requests regarding purchases made in these locations, we advise you to contact their after-sales service directly.

What does the Oraije warranty cover?

The Oraije Warranty is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind regarding the quality and durability of our products.

It is important to note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, discoloration due to exposure to sunlight or cleaning products, or damage caused by accidents or improper use. Our goal is to ensure that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship and remain functional under normal use.
