If your email address was rejected during account creation, first check if it is correct and spelled properly. An automatic verification system is in place to validate your email address to ensure proper receipt of order confirmation and shipping emails.
Click on "forgot password" then enter your email address so that we can send you a recovery email.
To make changes to your personal information (e.g.: billing address, shipping address, etc.), simply click on "Edit Addresses" in your personal area. You can also modify or add a new address.
From the date you receive your package, you have 14 days to request a return. Items must be in new and original condition, with their labels, accessories and packaging, and must not show any signs of wear or dirt. Any item that is damaged or shows signs of dirt will not be eligible for a refund.
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to submit a return request. To do this, please visit our Returns page.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a tracking number must be provided.
Any package lost by shipping services cannot be exchanged and/or refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their package (tracking and insurance). No action can be taken for uninsured or untracked packages.
Once your return request has been accepted, simply follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email.
Once your package is received, we have 14 days to issue a refund to the card used for the order.
When requesting a refund, delivery charges will not be refunded.
Once you receive your order, you have 5 days to report a defect on your item.
If this is the case, please submit a return request by selecting "defective item" as the return reason and attaching photos of the defect so that our teams can verify it and approve your return.
After the 5-day period, we will no longer be able to respond to your request, and your order will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
All jeans purchased on our Oraije website www.oraije.com are eligible for our exclusive Oraije guarantee.
This guarantee is effective for a period of one year from the date of purchase of your order, including the delivery time.
Please note that our guarantee does not apply to Oraije jeans purchased from third-party resellers or in dedicated areas within large stores. For any guarantee or after-sales service request concerning purchases made in these locations, we advise you to contact their after-sales service directly.

The Oraije warranty is designed to offer our customers peace of mind regarding the quality and durability of our products.
Here are the details of what is covered by our warranty:
- Broken zippers.
- Broken buttons.
- Broken seams.
It is important to note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear. This includes, but is not limited to, scuffs, discoloration due to sun exposure or cleaning products, or damage caused by accidents or improper use. Our goal is to ensure that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects and remain functional under normal use.
