Issues
To create your account, simply click on the small profile logo at the top right of your screen or click on this link: https://oraije.com/account
If your email address was refused when creating your account, first check if it is correct and spelled correctly. An automatic verification system is in place to validate your e-mail address to guarantee the correct reception of e-mail confirmations and shipments of your order.
Click on "forgotten password" then enter your email address so that we can send you a recovery email.
To make changes to your personal information ( eg: billing address, delivery, etc.), simply click on "modify addresses" in your personal space. You can also modify or add a new address.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Issues
From the date of receipt of your package, you have 14 days to request a return. The items must be in new and original condition (with their label, accessories and packaging, etc.) and must not show any signs of wear or traces of dirt. Any item that is damaged or shows signs of dirt cannot be refunded.
You have a period of 14 days, once the package has been received, to send us a return request. To request a return, please go to our return form page.
** Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and you must send us a tracking number **
Any package lost by the transport services cannot be exchanged and/or refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their package (tracking and insurance), no action can be taken for uninsured or untracked packages.
Once your return request has been accepted, all you have to do is follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email.
Once your package has been received, we have a period of 14 days to make the refund to the card used when ordering.

Issues
Once your order has been received, you have 5 days to notice a defect on your item.
If this is the case, please contact us directly at the following address: bonjour@oraije.com, attaching photos of the defect in question so that we can resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
Once the 5-day period has passed, we will no longer be able to respond to your request and your order cannot be exchanged or refunded.
