Can I return my order?

From the date of receipt of your package, you have 14 days to request a return.
Items must be in new and original condition (with their labels, accessories and packaging, etc.) and must not show any signs of wear or dirt.
Any item that is damaged or has any trace of dirt will not be eligible for a refund.

Any package lost by the transport services will not be exchanged and/or refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their package (tracking and insurance), no action can be taken for uninsured or untracked packages.

Where should I return my order?

Once your return request has been accepted, you will only have to follow the instructions that will be sent to you by email.

Once we receive your package, we have 14 days to refund the card used when ordering.
