My email address was refused when creating my account
If your email address was refused when creating your account, first check if it is correct and spelled correctly. An automatic verification system is in place to validate your e-mail address to guarantee the correct reception of e-mail confirmations and shipments of your order.
I forgot my password
Click on "forgotten password" then enter your email address so that we can send you a recovery email.
I would like to change my personal information
To make changes to your personal information ( ex: billing address, delivery...), you just have to click on "modify addresses" in your personal space. You can also modify or add a new address.
